Beamiza Child Safety Standards

Beamiza has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, and any content or contact that sexualises minors.

1. Adults only

Beamiza is only for people aged 18 and over. We check the date of birth when an account is created, before any live, chat, direct message or gifting feature opens. An under-18 answer cannot be retried with another year from the same email or device. When we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we close it.

2. What is prohibited

  • Any image, video, audio, text, sticker or live broadcast that shows, describes or promotes the sexual abuse or sexualisation of a minor.
  • Trying to contact, groom, meet or exchange sexual content with a minor, or asking anyone for content involving a minor.
  • Sextortion, or threatening to share intimate images.
  • Sharing links to, or offering, such content anywhere in the app.

3. How to report

  • In the app: open the person's profile, a direct message, a live room, a seat or a follow list, tap Report, and choose "Child safety". Child-safety reports go to the top of our review queue.
  • By email: abuse@beamiza.com. Include the user's name or handle and, if possible, where and when you saw it.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU) first.

4. What we do

  • We review child-safety reports first, and we act on them without delay.
  • We remove the content, ban the account and the devices linked to it, and end any live room involved.
  • We preserve evidence as the law allows, and we report CSAM and child exploitation to the competent authorities: in Poland to Dyżurnet.pl (the NASK response team for illegal content), and to the police or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where appropriate.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement requests that follow the law.

5. Our commitments

  • We comply with applicable child-safety laws, including the EU Digital Services Act and Polish law.
  • Our automated chat filters and our moderators look for grooming and exploitation patterns.
  • These standards are reviewed regularly and whenever the law or the app changes.

6. Point of contact

Our designated child-safety contact, who can speak about our CSAM prevention practices and compliance, is: abuse@beamiza.com.
