Beamiza is a warm place for adults to host live rooms, talk and celebrate each other. This is a summary; the full, binding text is in the Community Guidelines.

Adults only

Beamiza is only for people aged 18 and over. We check the date of birth when an account is created, before any live, chat, direct message or gifting feature opens. When we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we close it.

Not allowed

• Anyone under 18.
• Child sexual abuse or exploitation: zero tolerance.
• Nudity and sexual content in public, and sexual services.
• Harassment and bullying, or pushing anyone to send gifts.
• Hate, violence and threats.
• Scams: selling coins or accounts, asking for passwords or payment details.
• Illegal goods and activities, including gambling with real money.
• Impersonating anyone, and spam.

Your tools

• Report anyone from their profile, a direct message, a live room name, a seat or a follow list.
• Block anyone: they can no longer message you, join your seats or see your rooms.
• Hosts can mute, remove and ban people from their rooms.

Child safety

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Report in the app and choose “Child safety”, or email abuse@beamiza.com. If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU) first. Details: Child Safety Standards.

Appeals

We tell you why we acted. You can appeal by email to abuse@beamiza.com within 6 months.
